The delivery time for ordered goods is up to 10 working days. In the event that the goods are not in stock, we will inform you of the possible delivery time.
The consumer has the right to inform the company (Vermis Ltd.) within 14 days that he/she withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his/her decision. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the company (Vermis Ltd.) must refund to the consumer all payments made (including the cost of sending the payment to the consumer). The refund must be made by the company (Vermis Ltd.) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. If the consumer has already received the goods, the goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal.
The return of the goods received to the company (Vermis Ltd.) within the withdrawal period shall be deemed to be a communication of withdrawal from the contract. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Payment of ordered goods can be made by cash on delivery, by payment on account and via PayPal.
